Women's Support group

 The purpose of this group is to create a safe space and comfortable environment while embracing the "ups and downs" of womanhood encompass both the challenges and triumphs experienced throughout life, from navigating physical such a hormonal changes and anxiety.  Participants in this group will work towards goals, alter negative self talk, support and uplift each other.  (Ages 18+)

Substance Abuse Support group

If you’re trying to give up drugs, peer support groups, also known as recovery support or mutual self-help groups, can be an invaluable source of guidance, assistance, and encouragement. Peer support groups are regular gatherings of people trying to overcome a substance abuse issue. 

Adolscent  support group

A safe, peer-focused space where teens facing similar challenges (like anxiety, depression, loss, or substance use) connect to share experiences, find validation, reduce isolation, and build coping skills with guidance from a professional, helping them realize they're not alone and fostering community and personal growth. (Ages 14-17).
