Therapy sessions require time, preparation, and commitment from both parties. When cancellations or rescheduling occur, it can disrupt the therapist’s schedule and affect other clients.

1. Cancellation Notice Period

 

We require at least a 24-hour notice before a scheduled session if a client needs to cancel or reschedule. This notice period allows the therapist to offer the slot to another client.

Fees for Late Cancellations or No-Shows

If a client cancels late or does not show up, they may be charged the full session fee. This policy compensates the therapist for lost time. If a therapist doesn't show, the client will be  refunded for paid session. ​
